Hrm. Sorry to disappoint you. I wasn't even thinking about fish when I posted before. Here in Alberta, there are very few fish, so we don't think about them much, I guess. We're 670m above sea level, so that probably has something to do with it too. I've seen a few fish in the river and ravine before, but they all seemed really, really small, and I doubt if any of them are Chinooks. In fact, I think that the biggest fish that I've seen here was, like, a goldfish in someones tank. I can't recall ever trying a Chinook either. I have tried a variety of sea food when we visited the Atlantic and Pacific provinces/states, but I don't recall a Chinook ever. Plenty of Bass though. So, how *do* Chinook taste, anyway? And please, don't say "like chicken".
