I think Ohio's quarter is going to incorporate aviation and the space program in some way. The Wright Brothers came from Dayton (my hometown, HOORAH!) and built and tested their Wright Flyer here, although they had to take it to Kitty Hawk, NC to fly it. John Glenn also hails from Ohio.

There is a web site, although I can't remember the URL, where Ohioans can "vote" for five possible designs for our quarter. At least two of them incorporated the space theme, and a third featured the Wright Flyer. Another one that didn't look too awful had our state bird, the cardinal, on it. The fifth one must have been pretty unremarkable, because I can't remember what it looked like.
