Sima is traditionally the drink of May Day, 1st of May, or Vappu as we Finns call it (or Wappu as we technology students like to call it. In Finnish it is pronounced exactly the same way, the only difference is writing.). Sima certainly has a special taste, but I personally like it very much. Though it might be I wouldn't like it if we had it more than once a year.

I think that for an English-speaking person Finland is very easy to visit. Almost all Finns speak english and the most important signs (like at railway stations and airports) are written in English (Finnish, too, and Swedish, and German, and...) One place to information about Finland is www.finland.fi -- a website produced by Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland.
