Paul Cornell is an author of Doctor Who novels, one of those whom fans either love or hate. Myself, I'm ambivalent; he's done a lot of stuff I don't like, but he gets major bonus points for inventing Benny Summerfield[1].

I've been trying to find time to finish a BAM of his sequel to 'Timewyrm: Genesys' ever since 'Timewyrm: Genesys' got accepted.

[1] Professor Bernice S. Summerfield, archaeologist and adventurer, was a regular character in the Doctor Who novels, and is now the star of the longest-running Doctor Who spinoff series ever.
