Like me, for one.

There was other stuff to support that-- he'd often not read stuff and ask for 'the jist of it'-- not a good way to do things in goverment, because without all the pertinent information, the wrong decision can be made all to easily.

I was getting at the fact that the dyslexia may have hindered him in tandem with his supposed lack of intelligence.
