I have noticed an interesting phenomenon in situation comedies. The characters in them rarely laugh. For how much we might laugh and for how many jokes they make, the characters don't seem to enjoy each other's humor much. In fact, when they do laugh, it is usually a mocking, loud laugh, not a genuine chuckle. I think this is my evidence for why TV is not real life because if it were, we'd see more people laughing real hard, rolling off the couch, until no sound comes out. Well, at least my friends would be doing this.

That settles it! I wouldn't get along with these TV characters because their sense of humor sucks. They're just funny.
