Ok, I'm going to clear this all up. "Prince of Space" was the the weapons don't affect me guy and the villain with the really bad laugh. "Invasion of the Neptune Men" was pretty much the same thing except the hero was named "space chief" and it had the five most annoying children I've ever seen.

There, that's the way it is. I love that show.
