Cajun Corn-on-the-cob:

1. Take unshucked ears of corn and soak for 20 minutes.

2. Peeling back the husks, remove the silks from the corn.

3. Mix together melted butter, cajun spices, pepper, and whatever tasty things you can think of. Brush onto the corn and fold the husks back up.

4. At this point, either place the ears in foil or tie the husks shut.

5. Grill for 20-30 minutes in foil (turning once) or 15-20 minutes not in foil (turning often -- keep an eye on the fire).

6. Eat yummy goodness.
