When I read this, I knew I had to answer. My roommate does the EXACT same thing. On a daily and nightly basis. It wasn't so bad when her boyfriend paid for the calls, but 3 weeks ago he began using an internet program that lets him call for free. They talk at least 4 hours a day, and the conversation is made up of "I love you" and "awesome". My boyfriend and I enjoy making fun of her by parroting her (in private). I don't have enough guts to tell her to shove it, so I just turn on the radio and sing along to the music.
