I can't stand edited versions of songs. Either play the song with all the naughty words or play one of the 5 billion other popular songs out there that don't use risky and offensive language.

The one that really annoys me is when Mix 98.5 plays You Get What You Give by The New Radicals. It appears to be a rerecording of the song, with the last two lines omitted -- not blanked or overdubbed -- the song goes from the previous line right to the end music.

The two omitted lines are:

You're all fakes run to your mansions
Come around we'll kick your *** in

[Dang... RinkWorks doesn't like that phrase either. :D ]

What's the big deal? Every other station I listen to plays the song in its entirety. I hate the way Mix 98.5 insults my intelligence by playing this truncated version of the song.
