I've been thinking about what I said about Magnolia last night. So, just to clear things up, I wrote this little review.

I didn't really enjoy Magnolia because, to me, the trailers for the movie portrayed it as something different than what it was. I was expecting something different. I was expecting more of a tragic, melancholy story, but instead I got something I can't really appreciate or explain. Magnolia was a great film that enjoyed by many, but sadly, I cannot say I was one of them. I encourage you to see Magnolia, and think for a long time about what it means. It's a very complex and thoughtful movie, but that's all I can say, I didn't really understand it for what it was. Maybe I'll rent it in a few years, I know that I'll have a better understanding then.
