I've still got the hold-the-pickles-and-tomatoes thing when ordering a hamburger, though. (I laughed out loud at that one Burger King commercial in which the two guys were arguing and one said that "pickles and tomatoes are like the yin and yang of a hamburger", or something to that effect...ok, so I'm strange.)
