I'm going to disappear from RinkWorks later today.
The plane for Chicago leaves at 5:00 am tomorrow.
If I survive that early departure, the 7:20 CST flight from Chicago to Los Angeles will take the four of us(wife, grandson, daughter-in-law and me) to LAX landing about 9:15 PST. I don't get as excited as I used to, but it is going to be fun watching a couple of novice travelers react to California. Compared to Tennessee, it's a very....well, different place.
I'm hoping for a little mild weather. It will be about 13 degrees when we get on the plane in Knoxville. I hope to pick up about 60 more degrees by the time we get to LAX. What?... Ok then, I'll settle for 50 if it isn't raining.
We'll be back as soon as we have finished exploring all of California.
