Christian Fellowship, being the largest club activity on campus (and the third largest anything at all, after EC Ambassadors and the Orientation Leaders) gets a whole heck of a lot of budget money. As for how to put in a budget request, well, that's easy; they just submit the receipt for however much it cost and label it as "materials." Finance Board generally refunds 100% of the cost of materials like that, even if they *do* go over budget.
