You know what, I kind of *was* worrying about that, because every time I've ever gotten a raise, it seems like I've ended up almost not noticing it. It just seems to dissapear somewhere. I've actually doubled my salary in the past two years, and it seems to have gotten me next to nothing--I'm still just getting by.

But I was hopeing maybe getting the mad cash all at *once* would make a difference :-)
