Actually, two friends and I (I am really the only regular Rinkworks visitor among us) once started a 3-way DotA imitation. If anyone is interested, I have posted the link below. Keep in mind that the writing is unpolished, and in some cases, rather crude. (There are also a few inside jokes I haven't explained yet) And, of course, as I say in the intro, much of the humor value comes from imitation of the original. It is technically still an ongoing saga, but Josh hasn't written his chapter in months.
