Oh, I'm not despairing. I am rather enjoying the irony of it. I bet that I'll end up at the bottom of the pile no matter what. Even if you tried to get to the bottom, I bet you wouldn't do worse than I will, and I _AM_ trying to do well.

It's like something out of a Vonnegurt novel.
