Sorry, I misunderstood. But I would think Kong would whoop all over Stay Puft. In fact all he'd have to do is fling him onto the top of the Chrysler building, and Stay Puft would slide all the way down to street level leaving a sticky marshmallow goo coating the sides of the building.
