Wow, Japanese language courses seem to be in fashion this season. I believe you and Stephen are both taking classes right now ;-)

Wasabi horseradish is that little sculpted lump of smooth green play-dough that the Sushi chef puts on your sushi/sashami platter. BTW I've never had the pleasure/extreme pain of sampling the real, freshly grated stuff; only the reconstituted wasabi from a can or squeeze tube. The actual pieces of sushi themselves are constructed with a tiny dab of wasabi on top of the sticky rice.
