I can't answer today's Reader Poll. Princess Mononoke is currently in my area, and I am going to see it. I'm right in between "Saw it already" and "I'll see it when it gets to my area". Now, if the poll was worded:

"Already saw the movie"
"Will see it in the theater"
"Will see it when it comes out on video"
"I won't watch it"
"I won't watch it because it's not Disney"
"I don't know what Princess Mononoke is"

I'd be able to answer.

Oh, and the whole "I only like Disney animated movies" thing? Princess Mononoke is distributed by Miramax, which is owned by Disney. In a round-about way, it is a Disney film.

And for people who think that Disney can only do good animation or that animation is only for children, I've just got to shake my head and sigh.
