Doing this from memory here... The reference is taken from when Arthur is in the ship Heart of Gold, and asks a Nutrimatic machine for a cup of tea. Maddeningly enough for him, the machine keeps dispensing a liquid that is "almost, but not quite entirely unlike tea."
