I just had a work order given to me saying that an instructors mouse here on campus wasn't working. Seems that she used to have a 386 machine, but since she got an "upgrade" to a 486 her mouse hasn't been working. The student technician who checked her machine told her that it was because her 386 mouse wasn't compatible with her 486 machine. He sent me a work order ordering a new mouse. I guess I need to go find the *real* problem.
