The music files for Moriarty are stored in the MORIARTY directory in MUSIC.ZIP. Is that file there? If so, the problem MAY be that you have some form of "automatic unZIP" software running (like NetZip, ZipMagic, or WinZip, etc) that makes ZIP files look like folders which contain the files in the ZIP file. This will screw up Moriarty, which is expecting either the MUSIC.ZIP file OR individual .MID files in the MORIARTY directory. Try manually unZIPing the MUSIC.ZIP file in the MORIARTY directory, so that the program can find the .MID files without any interference.

Other than that, I can't think of why you'd be having this problem. Did you download the copy of Moriarty from my web site (see below), or did you get it from elsewhere?
