Stuck. :(

Inventory:
Bottle of acid
Box of matches
Bucket
Crowbar
Digital watch
rope
Rose
Small metal key
Small silver cross
Sword
Threatening note
Werewolf's fang

I can't figure out how to climb through the window now that the bars are gone.

Also still haven't figured out how to deal with the boulder at the start scene.

Any suggestions? :)
