Looks like the next thing to do is progress further in Atrona Station - try to get to the room shown in the southwest area on the map (where there are a couple of arrows drawn). You can cross over one of the gaps on the upper floor if you have a certain lift up to complete a bridge. If not, use the map for a clue about what color of switch needs to be flipped first.
