That's the beauty of DVDs (and I suppose Laserdiscs). I LOVE those "making of" extras on good discs, and it's a cool thing to watch after (as you said) after you've seen the movie. I think the coolest one of these is the one on the "Matrix" disc, which is linked to the movie. You watch the movie and every now and then a white rabbit appears on the bottom of the screen. Hit the enter button and you get a little making of clip showing that scene. Very cool.
