I thought I'd mention some other Nine movies.

The best Nine movie will remain "Nine Lives," which consists of nine 10-minute stories about nine different women with loosely connected lives. Each 10-minute segment is a single real-time shot and tells a story that began before you got there and continues after you've left. But you come to know the characters astonishingly well: it's amazing how much can happen in 10 minutes and how many emotions can be elicited.

"Love Potion #9": Cute Sandra Bullock comedy.

"Nine Months": Not so cute Hugh Grant comedy.

"The Whole Nine Yards": Hilarious hit man comedy with Bruce Willis. Amanda Peet steals scenes in her career-making role.

"Nine To Five": a staple of 80s comedy.

"The Nine Lives of Elfego Baca": Dry but pleasant Disney western.

"Plan 9 From Outer Space": One of the greatest good-bad movies ever made.
