stuck in st mary's (spoiler--don't look)

Arrg!! I have to keep stopping the game and actually work at my DULL job, therefore I have completely lost track of what im doing. So far I have only managed to get Mr. Martins fingerprints and to get the lighter from the slackers. The loner is wearing a mop head and the time machine people only have a leaf. I have been everywhere in the game and just keep walking in circles...and talking in circles.

Batteries
Beaker full of ant juice
Blue Paint
Bottle cap
Chalk
cheese
Coffee filter
Demerit
Glasses
Glue Stick
Grass
Lighter
Perma-tie
Scalpel
Shirt
Soldering iron
Syringe
wire
wrench

OH yeah the chain is in the library and i lost the cart somewhere.

Can you just restart the game somehow?
