fantasy quest 1 password help please

Hi,

Ive been in the volcano/castle a few times and cant get back in through the volcano now. i seem to be missing a password to get into the castle/fortress from just west of the tree/wall area but cant find it. ive oiled and lowered the bridge from inside. got 2 passwords from soothsayer and as far as my mapping shows been everywhere else in the game(garden/forest/cave etc) helped everyone i can find (indian/gnome/man on stump) can anyone hint me where i might have missed the password to get passed the invisible force at the fortress to get back inside with the soothsayers next password?
