> Yes - you might try to find the faster circuit that goes through all parking lots, beginning and ending at the same one. Then just find the longest "leg" between any checkpoints and eliminate it. If A -> B -> C -> D -> A were a circuit and C->D were the longest leg, you could just start at point D and go D -> A -> B -> C to visit all four points without using the C -> D stretch.
