At my job, last time we all went home, it was a Monday in February. The heating unit in the lab broke during the week-end. And in a lab, the ventilation always send new air from outside, so the potential toxic/flammable vapors are evacuated. So imagine a whole week-end, in February, in Quebec, not only with all windows open but with heavy ventilators shooting cold air inside... Yeah, everything was frozen...
