Perils of Akumos Boosters and circuits help

Perils of Akumos
I need some assistance with getting the boosters and the circuits working on the space station of Akumos.
I have set my boosters exhaust as follows,
OP-MO8 - NORTH
OP-M13 - EAST
OP-M18 - SOUTH
OP-M23 - WEST
OP-M28 - NORTH
OP-M03 - SOUTH
However they are still saying the boosters aren't working properly. I have set the radio transmitter in the central control station working.
I also need some help with getting the circuits working, so far I am stuck with even rotating the first circuit, it looks like I am missing a piece.
