If the soothsayer gave you that last password then I know you have given her all the gold coins. Did you get a password from the Indian when you healed him? You might need to speak to him again. That is the password you will need. Find the place you exited the last time you left the volcano. Go North into the fortress after you have given the password from the Indian. I"m thinking you need that other password from the Indian. Go back and talk to him. You should have no problem after that.
