You can't mess up in this game. If you killed the sphinx now look around in that area. If you answered all the questions only then would the game give you the option to kill the sphinx...
Next time you post update your inventory. It tells the person helping you where you are in the game and what you need to do.You're doing fine.... Good luck and have fun!!!
