Fantasy Quest II - can't find the sword?

This is my inventory:
You're Carrying:

19 Onions
Silver Key
Sap Tap
Roc Feather
Pliers

Sack
Crown of Destiny
Bucket of Sap
Coconut
Iron Support

Small Silver Coin
Float Ring
Cross
Blue Rubber Ball
Sunstone

I can't seem to get passed the lion, or the firedrake? I know I am missing the sword and need that to get past the drake? but right now I am going in circles!
