Have you tried going back to the saloon and playing cards? Before you leave the saloon make sure you have picked up two things. As for the guy in the wagon... If you have fed him you are done there for now. Forget the goat for now. He will do what he needs to do later in the game. Once you are done in the saloon head back to the boarding house in Lynville. Get a room. Once you find something in your room go to dinner. Someone there will reward you for returning what you found. Good luck...
