My trouble is that when I'm stopped, waiting for traffic to clear so that I can cross or turn onto the other street, some moron who is on the other street, which has no stop sign or even a yield sign--in short, somebody WHO HAS THE RIGHT OF WAY will come to a DEAD STOP and potentially block traffic at this intersection and motion for me to go. I also tend to ignore them until they go on. I appreciate altruism and all that, but coming to a stop when there is in fact every logical reason to keep going is just plain ludicrous.

Speaking of morons... my parents have two traffic circles in their neighborhood. Which would be great, but no one in Utah seems to know how to approach/drive through a traffic circle. It always goes like this: Approach traffic circle, stop at yield sign, wait to make sure no one is coming your way, proceed through traffic circle.

No one even attempts to actually merge smoothly with the traffic. Drives me crazy.
