I need help with the mystery of Brackly Hall

I have just gotten the translated papyrus. I am carrying the cogwheel,spade siver key,iron key, lavender,acorns,pocket knife, tourist brochure, and birdseed and I don't what I am suppossed to next. Can anyone give me a hint I've been everywhere and I can't seem to find out anything else like where the cogwheel goes or the combination to the pheonix lock! Please help.
