Mephisto's Lost Treasure (probable spoilers)

Inventory:

10 Schives Coin
40 Schives Coin
Silver Bullet
20 Schives Coin
Screwdriver
Sword

I've killed a dragon, a wolf, an orc, a Cave Monster and an ogre. The werewolf is unkillabe so far, and I'm guessing that I need a gun.

I can't get in the mansion or treehouse, I can't cut through some massive overgrowth in two different places, the dwarf is perplexing me, and there's probably something else I need to do that I can't remember.
