Here's one or two, depending on how many I make up off the top of my head in a few seconds....

-Is your story set in a post-apocalyptic future, decimated by nuclear war?

-Are there roving bands of "road warriors"?

-Does your story ignore the fact that it's physically impossible to go faster than the speed of light, because if you did so your body/ship's breadth would be less than zero?

-Does your story enable the characters to travel at the speed of light, and cross the galaxy in seconds, when light still takes millions of years to travel across the galaxy?

-Are robots annoyingly polite?

-Are all the sentient aliens identical to humans, but with:
--scales
--tentacles
--wings
--slimy skin
When in reality if they were in a completely alien environment they would be completely alien in structure as well?

-Have robots evolved?

-Are all of the alien races named by taking their home planet and adding "ians" to it, even though that's a completely terrestrial language-thingie?

-Is there an interstellar bounty hunter with an alien companion?

-Does the alien companion speak in a language only the bounty hunter can understand?

-Does the bounty hunter repeat everything the companion said in the form of a question, so you know what he said?

EXAMPLE: "Braaagh" "Back door? Good idea, Chewie."

-Are black holes visible in your story?

-Do lasers make noise in your story?

-Do lasers make noise in space, where there is no medium to transmit sound?

-Can your ship make the Kessler run in under 6 parsecs, even though parsec is a measure of distance and not time?

((Technically, that one is inaccurate, the Kessler run has a large amount of black holes, and the faster your ship travels, the closer you can fly to the black holes, and therefore the shorter a distance you have to go to make the run, just saying))

-When a large ship explodes, is it first covered in tiny explosions that spring up randomly across the surface of the ship?

-Do your characters fight with bizarre, completely impossible light-based swords?

-Do your characters use said swords even when everyone else is using guns?

-Are lasers always visible, even when not in a colloid?

-Do all aliens speak in:

--English
--A guttural language of grunts
--A language of clicks(Think Swahili, but get rid of the spears)
--Telepathy
--A mix of "eep" "ork" and "boop"

-Does the villain have some kind of major physical defect? (ie. Asthma, missing jaw, hacking cough)

-Are there cyborgs?

-Are there cylons?

-Is one of the aliens simply a code name, like Species 8472?

-Is there a laser that can completely annihilate a planet, despite the fact that a planet is a massive object and a laser simply cuts a hole?(I suppose this could be fixed, after all, it IS the future.)

-Have I completely gone past my "one or two" listing?

-Are the aliens simply a mindless swarm whose name is simply The <Scary, swarm-type name> (ie. The Swarm, The Scourge, The Shryke, The Locust)

-Is the world controlled by a totalitarian dictator whose soldiers all wear masks and have a tubey thing coming from their mask?

-Can your ships travel through wormholes without the danger of them closing and locking you in a static time-stream for eternity?

-Is the world ruled by apes?

-Is there a temporal stasis device for long travel that has been approved for use, despite the fact that it still manages to kill 80% of its users?
