Didn't Silus get all freaked out about being able to sense Hennus somewhere on campus? Get them in the costume and take your buddies towards the southeast corner of campus. You'll know what's up when you get there, and Silus and Verna will stake the situation out.
Of course, you can't approach directly... but if you look at the map you will note that the overpass touches one other corner of campus as well...
