A cliché is what is said and believed by those who think little or not at all.

That's funny, I use Alt+130 to make an 'é'. Does that one work for your keyboard too? I've taken it from the ASCII table called Code Page 437 English. Windows seems to use another set of Alt-key codes with 4 digit codes. Puzzling.
