Thank you!! I have been looking for that word for a very long time. See, I have always believed that leftover pizza must be reheated even if it gets all chewy. However, I face opposition maintaining that it's good when eaten cold. Now, you have empowered me with the ability to describe that melted/separated-coagulated cheese as being manky.

One image that sickens me is one painted by Brian Phelps of the Mark & Brian radio show. Brian likes his cold pizza with some ketchup on the side for the dippin'. --EEEEEUUUUGGGGHHHHHHH!!
