Kim Chee is *the* most disgusting food known to mankind. It is Korean. Actual ingredients vary from region to region, but think cabbage, garlic and a variety of other stuff, put into a brown earthenware pot, buried for six months, and eaten once it gets to the point that you can smell it in the next city. If that doesn't strike your imagination, think of someone holding you down and directing a flamethrower straight into your sinuses.
I've tried it. Take my advice and don't.
