Stuck on FQ2

i'm at the very end with the river chase. i can get through to the point where there are like 4 different things you have to get past. then i end up dying. is there some combination of moves or something that i'm missing?
I'm Carrying:

19 Onions
Crown of Destiny
Bottle Opener
Iron Support
Goo
2 Tree Branches
Float Ring
Cross
Green Potion
Sack
Sap Tap
Coconut
Sword
Silver Key
Bucket of Sap
Pliers
Rusty Key
