FQ - Stuck!

I am carrying:

Sack
Silver Key
Scroll
Arrow
Sunstone

Silver Coin
Gold Key
Hammer
Fishing Pole

Rope
Sword
Nails
Club

Branch
Shovel
Bow
Ticket

I have been through the enchanted forest and i can't seem to get to the Flower Gardens?

I've also made it into the White tower, and then on to the second floor but can't get any further then either... please help I'm totally stuck!
