Poetry Pool

Awaken

Dreams
Fairy-tale cotton candy clouds
Spun from my fingers
As I whirled
Twirled
Mirror to mirror
Kaleidoscoping into myriad maybes
Enclosed pirouette echoes
Wall Ceiling Floor Wall
Alone.
Fingers curl Hesitate Flick
Glass crumbles
Prismed endlessly for an instant
Silver piles of dreams
Cascade around through down
Shoulders Eyes Ears
Heart.
Softly swirling possibilities shower silently
And even here
There are roses.
