Flagging Moons

suns hung moons nooses
marionette moon
across a sky and down.
sun floods my fingered window
initials i no longer care for
and down
and up the stars
and i'm down
marionette me
until some weak and gentle movement pulls strings up.

Up again, caffeine sculpted up
and sometimes caffeine coagulates in wooden veins (can't keep me from shaking)
down again
moon's on stage now.
