Melanie Griffith is a sorely underrated actress, presumably because she talks like a ditz. In Working Girl she turned in one of her best performances. The story is about a working woman contending with her tyrannical boss (Sigourney Weaver). Harrison Ford is also good (as usual). It's occasionally slow, but ultimately satisfying.
