The Patsy (1964)

Reviews and Comments

"I'd introduce myself, but I don't know me either."

The Patsy is another standard Jerry Lewis flick that, like most of his films, please his fans and tire others. True to the formula, it's more a series of sketches than a single story, with lots of falling down (the ice cube scene is a good one), wacky sound gags (the barber/shoe shine bit is a great one), and borderline sappy sentiment.
